We will start by removing the wheels and deflating the tyres. We have to break the beads to enable us to push back the tyres so that we can repair the rims. The appropriate techniques are used to repair the wheels, depending on the damage, before we prime them to prevent future corrosion, and cured in our specialized oven.
Once the wheel has cooled, we’ll smooth out the primer to create a flawless finish. Next, we’ll paint the wheels in your preferred color or match the manufacturer’s original finish, then cure them in the oven again. After applying a final layer of lacquer, the wheels will undergo one last bake for a durable, high-quality result.
Finally, we will fit the tyre, inflate it, and fit the wheel to your vehicle. Throughout the process, your rim, tyre and the completed fitment is inspected at regular intervals to not only ensure quality workmanship, but also the integrity of the entire wheel and that it matches manufacturer standards.
