I was hesitant to the idea of buying used tires but my experience was great with this company. I ordered a set of four used Firestone's at less than half the price they go for new, they kept me updated and shipped them out fast. Somewhere along the way FedEx ended up losing two of them, presumably thrown into a portal to another dimension, (likely shared with USPS), and they didn't have any answers when I asked about it. I figured I was out of luck and didn't expect much to come out of it on Utires end, because it's really not their fault, but surprisingly I got a response within 10 minutes. Brian offered a refund or replacement and I went with the replacement, he confirmed all the details down to the DOT code, and I got them within 24 hours. Best customer service I've encountered to date anywhere. As for the tires themselves the tread depth is as described, if not better, and upon inspecting them I found no repairs or patches on my set. (despite their website stating it's a possibility) They're basically as good as new and all of them were made in 2022 and 2023 - plenty of life left. Installation went great and they ride perfectly. Maybe I just got lucky but I'd definitely recommend Utires! Will be back.

I was hesitant about buying used tires, especially after combing through the google reviews, but my experience with this company went great and really surprised me. My mother was driving on dangerously bald tires, to the point wires were showing, and needed a new set ASAP. The problem is we couldn't afford new ones because the quality brands would be almost $500 for a set. So our options were either risk it or go with some knock off brand of questionable quality. After some research I found Utires and when I saw a set of four high tread Firestone's for $200 I ordered them immediately. Shipping was fast but unfortunately FedEx dropped the ball and ended up losing two of them along the way. FedEx was of little help when I contacted them so I ended up going to utires customer service, not expecting much because it really wasn't their fault. To my surprise I got a response within 10 minutes and Brian offered to refund them or send replacements, I went with the replacements. He provided me the DOT codes, tread, brand, model, and everything to ensure a perfect match for the two I already had and shipped them out the same day. I got them within 24 hours. For customer service 5 stars really doesn't do it justice. As for the tires themselves the tread depth is exactly as described, if not slightly better. I inspected all four and none of them have any patches or repairs (despite it being mentioned as a possibility online) the beads are also good to go with no damage. DOT codes indicate all four were made in 2022 and 2023. They're almost as good as new and installation went great. In my experience I'd definitely recommend them!

Bought 2 tires from United tires back in December 2024 and they've held up pretty well so far. These were new tires with 9/32 tread depth and are nearly new tires. Very happy with the overall purchase. Shout out to the support team who patiently answered all my questions before I bought the tires. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered new Michelin tires for my Toyota Highlighter and had them shipped directly here. Showed up a few days later and had them installed. Very smooth process that took 90 minutes because it’s first come first serve.

United Tires on Grand Ave is THE best. While better known for their tires - they have been incredible about working on my Audi S4. My car is modified - including air lift suspension. They are one of the few shops in the area that knew how to work on it. A couple shops in the neighborhood flat out refused when i asked them. They handled my car with the expertise you’d expect from a specialty shop without paying an arm and a leg.

We made our purchase online at about 2 AM Sunday morning. Our tyres got to us via FedEx at 2:30 PM Wednesday afternoon. Tossed them in the trunk and went straight to our tyre guy. He was able to deal with all four wheels in less than 30 minutes. The stated tread measurements were 100% accurate. We got exactly what we paid for. We will without hesitation gladly recommend United and we will surely do business again in the future.
